Usage - This C&O boxcar
has a trust plate in the upper left-hand corner. These were
typically put on all C&O cars back in the 30's, 40's, 50's
depending on how the car purchase was paid for. This set includes
two sets six pairs of trust plates. One set has lettering used in
the 1930s, the other, lettering used in the 1940s. Thus, the set
can be used to letter up to a dozen cars.
